Tsegay Weldu Hailu
International Business Development Manager (IBDM)
Tsegay Weldu Hailu is an experienced professional possesses more than fourteen (14) years of combined expertise in the fields of academia, engineering, and humanitarian work. He is expertise in hydraulic, irrigation, and water resource engineering which includes his work with department, college, WASH project leadership, and sustainable development tasks. While teaching at Ethiopian universities he worked toward professional development of students in addition to participating in research and community-oriented projects. As WASH-Engineering Team Leader at the Danish Refugee Council, he led different water supply and sanitation projects by managing their implementation process. As part of his expertise, Tsegay functions with technical tools including GIS, RS, WaterCAD, SwareCAD, Epanet, and others while demonstrating excellent leadership and project management abilities. He holds a Master’s degree in Water Resources and Irrigation Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering and mechanization. He has good research and project experience in his field area. Fluent in Tigrigna, and Amharic, and speaks English proficiently, Tsegay is adaptable and driven by a high commitment to impactful solutions in challenging environments.

Mr. Eugene Tetteh Annang is a biochemist specializing in Clinical Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Microbiology, holding a BSc. in Biochemistry from University for Development Studies- Ghana. His expertise includes chemical pathology, microbial analysis and biomarker identification. Mr. Eugene Tetteh Annang actively collaborates in interdisciplinary research, contributing significantly to advances in diagnostic and therapeutic tools. Passionate about science education, He regularly participate in mentorship programs and professional societies to foster scientific innovation and collaboration. Fluent in Ga, Twi and English language, Mr. Eugene Annang is driven by his experience to positively impact society with his expertise.
